We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team in our Warsaw office to help provide TK Maxx with the very best talent in the marketplace by ensuring the right candidates are identified, sourced and approached in creative and innovative ways.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support our 50+ stores and 2 Processing centres in Poland with attracting and identifying suitable talent, driving a best practice, proactive sourcing model that supports and embeds the department’s goals. You will build strong relationships to be able to work in partnership with Line manager, HR Business Partners and external candidates whilst providing them with the highest level of service and required support.

Key Responsibilities

• Full 360 recruitment process, from brief to offer, for Poland retail and distribution, supporting other countries when required
• Act as the Talent Acquisition point of contact in country, advising, coaching and consulting with stakeholders at different levels
• Keep up to date with current market trends and sharing key learnings with the broader business
• Draft adverts and work with the marketing channels team to ensure optimum coverage of vacancies
• Directly identify and source suitable candidates, ensuring each candidate has a positive experience.
• Able to support or handle specific short to medium term or ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects
• Utilise data to help shape business decisions
