As a (Junior) People Operations Specialist, you will manage Payroll and People Operations for our warehouse location (white- and blue-collar scope) as single point of contact. By submitting your application, you acknowledge and agree that we may request relevant certificates and documentation justified by the nature of the role, such as a valid Certificate of Conduct. This position is unlimited and based in our warehouse in Robakowo .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• manage the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely execution, including tax filings, social security contributions, internal finance-related reporting, and compliance audits
• handle the complete operative employee lifecycle, including contracts, terminations, onboarding, personnel files, benefit administration, and legalisation of foreign employees
• act as the main point of contact for people operations-related matters for internal and external stakeholders, including people & culture, finance, auditors, and authorities
• maintain employee data across platforms and systems (e.g. Personio, Enova, SSC Master), ensuring accuracy
• ensure compliance and health & safety requirements, including OHS training records, medical examinations, GDPR, and compliance tracking
