For our Client, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of :
UX Researcher
Location : remote / Wrocław
Branch : a project in the IoT and heating industry
Job type : B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length : long-term cooperation, first contract for 6 months
Rate : 90 - 125 PLN / h net on B2B
Start date : ASAP, up to 1 month
Working hours : core hours 9 : 00-15 : 00. There is a possibility to work 1 / 2 FTE.
Remote work : 100% remote

Working on the further development of the app used for the operation of the heating system.
What will you do :
- The daily tasks of a User Researcher may vary depending on the specific project and the needs of the client, but may include :
- Planning and conducting user research studies : This includes identifying research questions, determining the appropriate research methods, recruiting participants, and collecting and analyzing data.
- Synthesizing research findings : This includes identifying patterns and themes in the data, creating research reports and presentations, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
- Applying research insights to product design and development : This includes working with designers and developers to identify opportunities for improvement and making recommendations for how to address user needs.
- Communicating with the client : This includes working with the client to understand their specific needs and goals, providing regular updates on the progress of the research, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Staying current with user research best practices and industry trends : This includes staying up-to-date with the latest user research methods and technologies, as well as understanding how user research is being applied in other industries.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams : This includes working with teams such as product management, design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure that user research is integrated into all aspects of the product development process.
- Managing project timelines and deliverables : This includes ensuring that research projects are completed on time and that all deliverables are provided to the client as agreed.
- Invoicing and administration tasks : This includes managing project finances, invoicing the client, and other administrative tasks related to running a business
