The gamers' trust in our games has resulted in our newest project, Dying Light 2 Stay Human, selling more than 5 million copies across all platforms within the first month after release.

On top of continuously growing the world of Dying Light through a robust post-launch support plan for Dying Light 2 Stay Human, we're also working on an unannounced AAA Open World Action RPG set in a brand new fantasy universe; our biggest project to date.

The Online Services Team is seeking an experienced Web Full Stack Developer with strong frontend skills in React and a good understanding of to develop and maintain a web application and associated microservices.

Job Description

Your daily tasks :

Develop and maintain a web application
Implement and maintain microservices for administrative and player-facing APIs
Collaborate with designers, product managers, backend developers and game programmers
Contribute to the architecture and long term vision of the frontend solution
Provide technical guidance to team members on frontend programming topics
R&D of new technologies that could improve current and future projects

Qualifications

You meet our expectations if you have :

Strong proficiency in HTML / CSS and JavaScript

Strong experience with front-end development in React; is nice to have

Experience in backend development in with designing maintainable, performant reusable applications from scratch

Ability to clearly communicate and coordinate with other team members and teams

Ability to brainstorm ideas and prototype them

Ability to listen to feedback and work within a team

Nice to have :

Knowledge of relational databases - preferably MySQL / MariaDB

Knowledge of NoSQL databases like DocumentDB / Mongo and Redis

Experience with CI / CD - GitLab preferred

Experience with unit and integration tests

Experience with working with containers

Experience with Cloud Providers - preferably AWS
