For this role, we’re looking for someone with strong L2 support capabilities, backed by working knowledge of .NET and SQL for troubleshooting purposes. This is not a developer role, so we should focus on candidates who can support and debug existing systems rather than build new ones. L2 Support Capabilities – Must-Have
- Experience troubleshooting scanning errors and scanner hardware / software
- Familiarity with Kofax scanning systems (preferred but not mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar ticketing systems
- Strong customer service skills — ability to communicate clearly and professionally with end users
- Ability to troubleshoot .NET-based applications (e.g., reading logs, identifying issues, escalating when needed) .NET & SQL Knowledge – For Troubleshooting
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in .NET and SQL
- Should be comfortable navigating and debugging : – ASP.NET (C#), .NET Framework 4.0 / 3.5– MVC 4, WCF, Web Services– MS SQL Server 2012 / 2016– JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JQuery– Visual Studio 2017 / 2019, Git / GitLab
