Essential Functions / Core Responsibilities

  • Financial Oversight :  Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize project delivery.
  • Team Coordination :  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Project Management :  Lead and manage delivery projects from inception to completion, ensuring project objectives, schedules, and budgets are met.
  • Client Engagement :  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Risk Management :  Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts.
  • Continuous Improvement :   Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness. This includes identifying and implementing innovative tools and approaches to elevate performance and quality.
  • Innovation Driver :   Proactively seek out, evaluate, and champion the adoption of innovative tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance project delivery outcomes.
  • Reporting and Communication :  Regularly report project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Representing CNX Poland with the local community and stakeholder

Candidate Profile

  • Experience managing a large call centre preferred
  • Understanding of financial policies and budgetary requirements, including forecasting
  • Native Polish speaker, English C1; German fluency is a plus
  • Mastery of communication skills and styles, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
  • Proven ability to lead and organize multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment with broad impact
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategy behind mentoring and coaching for team(s) and to act as leadership advisor to lower-level management
  • Demonstrated ability to champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity
  • Extensive understanding of the organization's business operations and industry. Knowledgeable of emerging trends and industry practices
  • Availability to work from the office
