For our Client, an international company, we are looking for candidates for the position of AP Accountant.

Requirements

min.1 years of professional experience in a similar position,
advanced proficiency in Excel,
familiarity with SAP software would be an asset,
good knowledge of English (min. B2),
strong analytical skills and basic financial knowledge,
good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills,
openness to learning, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail,
ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

address and resolve discrepancies in invoice verification against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution,

process invoices in the system in compliance with established procedures and local legal requirements,

execute necessary tasks during the month-end and year-end closing procedures,

identify and implement opportunities for improving the invoice management process.
