Founded in 2017, Unit8 is a fast-growing Swiss AI and data analytics consulting and services company dedicated to solving complex problems of traditional industries like automotive, chemical, financial services, manufacturing and pharma. We encourage you to apply if you have :

  • At least  1–2 years  of experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Hands-on experience and troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues, with a strong focus on  Mac computers (macOS)  and  iOS devices.
  • Ability to work independently, manage and prioritize tasks effectively, and escalate more complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Experience in supporting and helping manage  SaaS  and  cloud solutions  such as Google Workspace , Atlassian stack ,  Slack ,  O365 , and  Azure .
  • Experience in administering  MDM solutions  (e.g., Jamf, Intune) and are willing to develop your expertise in this area.
  • Knowledge of  API usage  and  Python  is a big plus.
  • Great  English  communication skills (both spoken and written). This is highly essential to support your colleagues - we’re a team of 25+ nationalities!
  • You are open to working in a  hybrid model,  coming to our  office in Kraków  (2 days / week).
  • You are willing to  travel  to other Unit8 locations.
  • Y ou are eligible to register as a sole trader (self-employment) in Poland.

  • Technical Support : , Provide physical support to all Unit8’s locations when needed., Provide first-line support to employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues., Respond to support tickets, calls, emails, or in-person requests in a timely manner., Proactively identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions to improve system reliability., Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff when necessary., System Maintenance : , Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and minimal disruptions., Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to safeguard data integrity., Basic management of the Mobile Device Management (MDM) system., Hardware and Software Management : , Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware such as laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices., Assist with the installation and configuration of software applications., Manage the inventory of IT equipment and software to ensure proper asset tracking throughout the asset lifecycle management process., Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements when needed., Network Support : , Assist in maintaining the organization's network infrastructure (Ubiquiti + Cloud Connexa), including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points., Troubleshoot connectivity issues such as slow internet speeds or dropped connections while ensuring secure access to resources., Collaborate with system administrators on implementing upgrades or changes to network configurations., Support VPN setup and troubleshooting for remote workers to ensure seamless access to company resources., Training and Documentation : , Provide employees with training or guidance on using IT systems effectively, including best practices for productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace suite)., Develop user-friendly guides, FAQs, and tutorials for common technical issues or processes.] Requirements : macOS, iOS, SaaS, Cloud solutions, Google Workspace, Atlassian Stack, Slack, Office 365, Azure, MDM Solutions, Communication skills, API, Python Tools : Jira, Github, Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
