Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of experience in information retrieval or text summarization, experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) Strong proficiency in Python, including code review, unit testing, and working with a large codebase Experience with AWS Documented experience in machine learning / artificial intelligence, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders to define problems effectively Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset, designing and conducting experiments efficiently to answer empirical questions Fluent communication in English
As a senior Data Scientist, you will be part of a dynamic team, focusing on the enhancement of highly successful Legal products. We are looking for a candidate who possess a proven track of record in machine learnig and is hunger for deeper ML / AI knowledge.

- Driving the end-to-end model development lifecycle, ensuring best practices for reproducible research and well-managed software delivery
- Working in a collaborative, cross-functional team, sharing information, valuing diverse ideas, and partnering effectively with global colleagues
- Translating complex business problems into projects with clearly defined scope, ensuring timely and well-managed deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Fostering innovative ideas to solve real-world challenges
- Communicating proactively, sharing work effectively, and describing ideas compellingly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Leading AI adoption across the enterprise
