What You’ll Do

  • Implementation Support : Be at the forefront of implementing SAP Fieldglass across multiple regions, partnering with IT, HR, and local teams to define requirements, test systems, and support go-live activities.
  • Drive Testing Excellence : Own user acceptance testing from planning through execution. You will catch what others miss and ensure flawless rollout experience.
  • Data Integrity : Ensure data integrity across multiple systems, dive into data with advanced Excel skills to ensure integrity, consistency, and insights across our systems.
  • Continuous Improvement : Analyze processes and suggest improvements. Your insights will directly contribute to innovation and efficiency in our Global HR operations.
  • Support Total Workforce Strategy : Play a key role in our Total Workforce Management approach, focusing on refining SAP Fieldglass capabilities.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience with HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors or Fieldglass.
  • Strong UAT and testing experience – structured, thorough, user focused.
  • Excel expertise with fluency in formulas, pivot tables, and data audits.
  • Sharp attention to details, exceptional organizational skills, and an eye for data quality.
  • A collaborative spirit, excellent communication skills, and the drive to get things done.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
