About the Role

We are looking for a senior, highly autonomous Project Manager with fluent French, who combines project management expertise, strong client-facing skills, and technical/functional understanding of data and system integrations.

This role goes beyond classic project management. You will act as a trusted advisor for clients, managing multiple projects end-to-end while bridging business needs with technical solutions—particularly in the area of data integration and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for French-speaking clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships

• Independently manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to delivery

• Lead discussions with clients on data integration, system architecture, and ERP connectivity

• Understand client data structures and business processes to provide technical and functional guidance

• Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables

• Coordinate and oversee solution implementation

• Manage acceptance testing (UAT) and support client trainings

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations

• Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with internal teams
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Fluent French and good English (spoken and written)

• Proven experience in project and process management, ideally in a professional services or technology environment

• Strong client relationship management and communication skills

• Techno-functional background, including:

• Understanding of data structures and integrations

• Ability to comprehend ERP systems and advise clients on integration approaches

• Confidence in discussing technical solutions with non-technical stakeholders

• Experience defining project scope and managing end-to-end implementations

• Professional maturity and independence in handling complex, diverse responsibilities

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to quickly learn new systems and solutions

• Ability to effectively connect business needs with technical aspects
