Founded in 2016, the Greek branch, Arηs Developments Hellas, aims to extend Arηs Group's activities in the European market by providing high-quality software development services covering the entire application lifecycle.

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our expanding team within one of Europe's largest organizations.

Tasks :

• Manage IT projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and quality standards.
• Establish and oversee project controls; ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
• Ensure the quality of project outputs and alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, scope changes, and variances.
• Coordinate with the Project Board and key stakeholders.
• Plan, assign, and control project tasks; authorize work packages.
• Motivate team members, balance priorities, and manage workloads.
• Manage project communication internally and externally.
• Produce project documentation such as plans, logs, schedules, and reports.
• Define roles and responsibilities for project participants.
• Prepare and deliver technical and project reports verbally and in writing.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings and workshops.
