Your responsibilities :
- Provide expert advisory on HR matters and labour law to employees and managers.
- Monitor changes in labour law, social security, and PIT regulations; ensure full compliance.
- Oversee payroll processes, validate data submitted to payroll providers, and manage escalations.
- Coordinate offboarding activities, including final settlements and exit interviews.
- Support audits and compliance reporting; act as liaison with ZUS during inspections.
- Develop and update internal HR policies and procedures in line with legal standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of performance and salary review cycles.
- Coordinate HR operations and oversee resolution of employee queries.
- Act as the main point of contact for external HR service providers (e.g., ADAC, Deel, OnPoint).
- Prepare HR reports and analyse workforce metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism).
- Design and deliver internal trainings on labour law and HR topics.
- Promote company values and culture through engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Advice managers on performance conversations and goal setting.
Our requirements :
Fluency in both English and Polish (minimum C1 level).Certified and proven expertise in Polish labour law.Solid experience in payroll processes and cooperation with payroll providers.Proven track record in HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management.Ability to provide expert guidance and trainings to managers and employees on HR-related topics.Agile learner, proactive in knowledge development.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR data management.Understanding of performance management and salary review processes.Proficiency in MS Office tools.Nice to have :
Familiarity with change management and organizational development practices.Coaching and advisory experience, particularly for line managers.Experience designing internal HR materials or training content.We offer :
