Overview
We’re looking for a strategic, growth-oriented Account Manager to join our team and help expand our footprint across a portfolio of enterprise clients. In this role, you’ll serve as the commercial owner of post-sale relationships—working cross-functionally to drive adoption, deepen partnerships, and uncover upsell and expansion opportunities. You’ll engage multiple stakeholders within complex accounts and act as a trusted advisor to guide them toward long-term success with our platform.
What you\'ll do
Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients across the full post-sale lifecycle, from onboarding support to renewal and expansion
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by spotting usage patterns, business gaps, and growth signals
Develop account plans for each customer, mapping key goals, risks, stakeholders, and revenue opportunities
Partner with Product to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap prioritization
Act as a consultative partner to your customers—sharing best practices, industry insights, and recommendations for success
