The Customer Experience Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing customer experience projects from initiation to delivery in close collaboration with Entrepreneurs. The role involves managing cross-functional project teams (Omnichannel, Brand, Insights & Analytics, Finance, etc.) and external agencies to ensure project objectives are successfully met. The Project Manager will leverage best practices in project management while ensuring seamless collaboration across all teams.

YOU WILL

  • Project Management & Execution
  • Develop and oversee project plans, including timelines, risk identification, and mitigation strategies.
  • Track progress, manage dependencies between projects, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide transparency on project status, ensuring all stakeholders have clarity on next steps.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Actively contribute to project discussions, raising concerns, and working on solutions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management
  • Engage and coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and external agencies.
  • Follow up on action items, ensuring accountability and progress.
  • Address challenges and resolve conflicts within the team confidently and effectively.
  • Strategic Partnership & Project Ownership
  • Act as a strategic partner for Entrepreneurs, understanding the broader business context and needs.
  • Take ownership of meetings, discussions, and initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Drive knowledge transfer and cross-functional collaboration between projects.
  • Financial & Budget Management
  • Support financial processes, including budget planning, purchase order management, and cost reconciliations.
  • Ensure project expenses align with the allocated budget and address any discrepancies proactively.

  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in project management, preferably in a customer experience or marketing-related environment .
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with brand, finance, and analytics teams .
  • Experience managing budgets and financial processes related to projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and best practices.
