Customer Operations Business Analyst

Your responsibilities
- Map in detail customer and operational processes to identify pain points and opportunities
- Challenge the status quo using data and business insights
- Support AI integration and digital transformation projects
- Apply Lean principles to streamline workflows and reduce operational waste
- Define requirements for dashboards in Power BI and build reports in Excel
- Work closely with the Centre of Excellence and stakeholders to deliver meaningful improvements
