Analytics Engineer (Remote)

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain data products, including building and optimizing database solutions on platforms like Databricks, aligned with a data mesh architecture.
• Utilize SQL, Python, and GIT integration for robust database solutions.
• Oversee data workflows, including SCD updates, snapshot processing, and logging enhancements.
• Implement and promote standardized coding practices across the team.
• Act as a project lead for internal clients, understanding their requirements deeply and delivering data solutions accordingly.
• Manage project portfolios autonomously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with departments like IT, BI, security, and quality to deliver complete BI solutions.
• Design, deploy, and enhance data products in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Document processes related to the data operations and maintain clear communication with stakeholders on project status.
• Identify potential bottlenecks and resolve them in collaboration with the BI team.
• Support junior team members through training and mentorship.
• Provide ongoing support for Tableau solutions, including minor dashboard updates, data model optimization, and performance tuning for internal users.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Requirements :

5+ years of experience in SQL development, data architecture, ETL management, and data migration.

Strong customer orientation and analytical skills to derive insights from complex data sets.

Fluent English communication skills.

Experience in Tableau data preparation or DevOps (preferred but not required).

Leadership skills and project management experience are a plus.
