We partner with pioneering aerospace start-ups, defense manufacturers, and space-tech scale-ups to connect them with rare technical and executive talent.

To expand our delivery team, we are hiring a

Junior Talent Acquisition

who is sharp, ambitious, and ready to succeed in a

performance-driven, international environment

The Role

This is not a traditional HR role.

As a Talent Acquisition at Demexios, your mission is to

find, engage, and qualify top candidates that our clients are looking for.

You will focus on

sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidate relationships

No administration, no back-office work — just pure headhunting.

Your performance will be rewarded

directly through bonuses per candidate sourced and processed

, giving you unlimited earning potential

What You Will Do

  • Source candidates

through LinkedIn and other advanced sourcing tools.

  • Engage candidates
  • via direct messages and email campaigns

  • Interview and qualify
  • candidates to assess cultural fit, motivation, and career goals.

  • Maintain a
  • high activity level

    of outreach and candidate conversations every week.

  • Build and grow your
  • own talent pipelines

    in highly specialized industries.

    About You

    We are looking for someone

    ambitious, adaptable, and preformance driven.

  • Languages
  • : Excellent English is required (spoken and written).

    Experience

    : Previous experience in sourcing, headhunting, or sales is a strong advantage.

    Skills

  • Strong sourcing ability on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable interviewing highly skilled professionals.
