responsibilities :

Design complex technical and functional solutions.

IT Functional Lead for the project.

Responsible for gathering user requirements and determining Calypso functional solutions.

Collaborate with the internal team using a servant leadership style, leading by example, and supporting coordination on the IT side.

Monitor project progress, developments, dependencies, and execution of work lines.

Lead collaboration with external teams involved in the project (users, execution managers, other IT teams).

requirements-expected :

As a Calypso Solution Designer, you will operate within both agile and non-agile frameworks, facilitate workshops and events, and communicate effectively across various organizational levels. You will engage in multiple projects, aiming to deliver value to customers in a sustainable, iterative, and collaborative manner.
