We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in a position that combines operational tasks with international coordination.

your tasks

  • processing orders in the SAP system - responsible for accurate and timely entry, tracking, and management of orders within SAP, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements;
  • liaising with the Logistics Control Tower regarding transport supervision - maintaining regular communication with the Logistics Control Tower to monitor, coordinate, and resolve issues related to transportation and delivery schedules;
  • handling documentation-related activities in SAP - creating, reviewing, and issuing relevant shipping, invoicing, and order-related documents in SAP, while ensuring data accuracy and proper documentation flow;
  • familiarity with logistics processes will be an asset - solid understanding of supply chain and logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment processes, will be considered a strong advantage.

    • what we expect

  • proficiency in English at C1 level – both written and spoken;
  • very good command of Microsoft Excel;
  • general understanding of logistics and supply chain processes – including order management, transportation, and documentation flow;
  • previous experience working with SAP or another ERP system will be an asset;
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • good organizational and time-management skills;
  • strong communication skills – ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
