Clinical Project Manager – Poland

We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager (CPM) to join a dedicated and dynamic team in Poland. This role offers the opportunity to lead clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas, managing both operational and strategic aspects of study delivery.
The Role
As a Clinical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials in Poland. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, and regulatory affairs, to ensure trials are conducted in compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, local regulations, and sponsor expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational aspects of assigned clinical trials in Poland, ensuring studies are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, sponsors, and external vendors.
- Monitor study performance and progress, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, Polish regulatory requirements, and sponsor SOPs.
- Support site selection, initiation, and close-out activities as needed.
- Oversee budget tracking, resource allocation, and reporting.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related healthcare field; Master's preferred.Minimum 3–5 years of clinical trial management experience, ideally within a CRO or sponsor setting.Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and Polish clinical trial regulations.Fluency in English; Polish language skills required.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously and work cross-functionally.What's in It for You?
