A Snapshot of Your Day
As a civil site engineer, you'll be integral to the worksite management team, ensuring the smooth operation of construction projects for Project Entity. You will provide technical knowledge and supervise site civil team members, helping ensure that all projects follow safety regulations and guidelines.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Overall responsibility for the defined scope of works with regard to safe execution, ensuring quality requirements, timely completion and cost-efficient execution.Act in the substitute of the Civil Site Manager (Kierownik Budowy) under polish building law regulations and hold the relevant license.Legal responsibility for the defined scope of works.Form and lead the site civil team alongside the Civil site manager this includes all subcontractors and their works.Ensure compliance with the requirements, regulations and procedures governing occupational environmental health and safety (EHS) and promotes and leads the Zero Harm.Ensure correct and timely site progress measurement using standardized tools for the relevant scope along with Contractors and consortium partners.What You Bring
University degree (or equivalent) in a civil engineering discipline.At least 3 years on site experience, in a leading position would be a plus.Experience in the construction of complex industrial projects (preferable for combined cycle power plant projects) turnkey and / or Consortium Partner (CP) projects.In depth knowledge and competence in EHS policies, practices, regulations, and plans for on- site works for complex construction projects.Ability and willingness to act as the substitute of Civil Site Manager (Kierownik Budowy) under polish building law and its regulations and hold the relevant license.A strong team player with excellent communication skills.Fluent in English.Executing energy projects of several months or long-term duration, mainly located outside Poland.
