IT Project Manager - SAP MDG @ Infolet sp. z o.o.

Must have

• 8–15+ years of overall IT experience, including  5+ years managing SAP MDG programs  and 10+ years of project management.
• Strong knowledge of MDG domains such as  Material, BP / Customer / Vendor, Finance, and EAM .
• Hands‑on understanding of  data models, workflows, BRF+, UI modeling, replication, and integration frameworks .
• Experience delivering  global or multi‑country SAP programs  and working in enterprise data governance environments.
• Strong project management capabilities —  PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications  preferred.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of  master data processes, MDM / MDG frameworks, and data quality management .
• Familiarity with  SAP S / 4HANA, BODS / SLT, Information Steward , and migration tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and risk‑management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in  complex, matrixed global environments .
• High ownership, accountability, and a structured project‑delivery mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries or large‑scale enterprise transformations.
• Background in data governance tooling or enterprise data quality platforms.
• Exposure to SAP MDG extensions, custom objects, or advanced workflow automation.
