Quality Engineer

Your responsibilities :

Collaborate with the project team in defining production quality control standards and creating procedures for new start-ups.

Lead analysis of quality problems assigned to problem solving activities.

Improving key quality indicators - scrap costs, line rejections, customer complaints.

Quality oversight of dedicated product and process.

Introduce and ensure quality tools and standards in the daily production environment.

Maintenance of quality documentation - Control Plans, MSA Studies, Control Instructions.

Quality training for production operators.

Our requirements :

Min. 2 years of experience working in the Quality Department in the automotive industry.

Master's degree in a technical field.

Communicative knowledge of the English language.

Knowledge and understanding of basic quality tools : FMEA, PDCA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, etc.

Ability to define and coordinate corrective / preventive action plans.

Well-developed interpersonal communication skills.
