The opportunity :

This is a key senior-level role designed to launch and lead a cross-functional, cross-Vault Veeva initiative at scale. You’ll act as the strategic and technical integrator across multiple Vaults – Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality - helping connect efforts that have so far evolved separately. Partnering closely with enterprise architects, delivery managers, and product owners across regions, you'll bring together technical architecture, system analysis, and configuration knowledge to build a coherent, scalable service. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on capability to drive progress, build proof of concepts, and navigate a complex stakeholder landscape.

At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in our offices (Warsaw or Poznan) on average two days per week . The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events.
