Your responsibilities

• Processing of incoming invoices (PO, Non-PO, Recurring, Down Payments documents) with initial problem identification as necessary
• Reviewing and resolving client queries
• Supporting reporting process
• Ensuring that the daily activities within your responsibilities are fulfilled properly and timely
• Proactively sharing knowledge on the process and related procedures with other team members
