As a Design Engineer in Advanced Technology Thermal Systems Design team, you will be responsible for supporting thermal design of engine components such as combustor and turbine. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to development efforts in new technology projects for jet engines. In this role you will develop your knowledge and competences to identify problems, find solutions, and demonstrate thermal design and analytical skills.

In this role, you will use FLIGHT DECK practices and behaviors to support initiatives aimed at improving the effectiveness of the Integrated Manufacturing Engineering function. You will collaborate with adjacent functions to assist in the coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiatives. You will contribute to the team’s ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness objectives and operate within established policies and procedures, with limited autonomy.
