Are you an experienced supply chain professional with a passion for turning complex challenges into opportunities? We are currently looking for talented and driven IBP Leads to join our dynamic team in Poland. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class planning and execution across the supply chain.

Your responsibilities

facilitate the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process in the market to achieve an aligned market demand plan, approved by the Market Management team;
balance supply and demand, ensuring effective inventory management throughout the supply chain and monitoring product availability at the market level;
identify risks and opportunities within the plan, develop optimized responses, and validate them with key stakeholders;
execute planning for New Product Initiatives (NPI) and product phase-outs, considering market requirements and approved commercial strategies;
rigorously manage costs in line with the approved budget, including overseeing loss management related to expired or destroyed goods

Employer requirements

at least 3 years of experience with exposure to Supply Chain, Sales Strategy, Business Planning & Development, or Finance;

fluent English- verbal and written communication skills;

university degree or postgraduate diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred);

experience in budget management;

ability to effectively manage relationships with senior stakeholders;

proven ability to prepare and lead the IBP process; project management skills are a strong plus;

working knowledge of project and product prioritization processes and tools;

strong collaboration and consulting skills;

excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn complex business challenges into opportunities;

direct or indirect people management experience
