Entity Accounting and Reporting Senior Specialist is responsible for support Finance and FP&A local teams in accounting, reporting and FP&A arrea in order to have all data accurate. At the same time Specialist collaborates with other team members and stakeholders from different teams, take part in meetings and in projects assigned to the team. Supports Expert if needed and acts as an Expert's backup.
As Finance Entity Accounting and Reporting Senior Specialist you will be responsible for :
- IFRS and Statutory accounting and reporting, entity planning
Ownership of GBS R2R processes from the data collection to analysis to posting initiation and reporting in the area of General Ledger (IFRS and Statutory accounting and reporting, entity planning)
Support in analysis of the significant financial transactions impacting the financial statementPreparation of draft IFRS and Statutory reporting timely and in accordance with the IFRS and Local Accounting legislatioPerform key account balances reconciliations such as accruals, accounts payables, prepayments, fixed assets, intangibles and intercompany balanceMaintain detailed GBS transactional documentation (IFRS, Statutory requirements) for the market in charge and update it to ensure Core Services are executed in line with Corporate and market local accounting requirementsAudit support - support internal and external auditJSOX Control - execute and support JSOX controls and document evidence accordinglyProjects support - support on Process Improvement initiatives.This requires working with various business partners within and outside GBSOther Ad Hoc - manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s requestRequirements :
University degree, preferably specializing in economics, finance, or accounting with a strong knowledge of IFRS and any other statutory / local GAAPMin 2 years work experience in GL / RTR area, with experience in preparation of Financial Statements (must) and in a multinational working environmentExperience in FP&A basic activities, primarily cost planning, is a plusAdvanced Knowledge of IFRSKnowledge of MS OfficeAdvanced Knowledge of SAFluency in English is essential, other language is a plusExcellent communication skills, strong personality, team player and business partner to operationsHigh integrity and ability to work with different culturAbility to apply the proper judgment in situations where substance should follow form or vice versaCommercial focused mindset and the ability to act as a key business partner to senior management is expectedWhat we offer :
