What you will do
Support centralization activities of regional sourcing MRO scope (FIN & CE) towards UPM Business Hub in WroclawBe responsible for a selected Supplier Base / defined Material GroupsSupport existing cross-regional / business Sourcing and Maintenance InitiativesSupport local Purchasing departments with admin / transactional work on requestCommercial responsibility (Negotiation / Contracting) for centralized regional sourcing activities (MRO) in WroclawOptimize the selected Supplier Base towards sustainable Cost Savings and Efficiency Improvements along the Source to Contract ProcessBe responsible for continuous Stakeholder alignment & networkingMonitor, report via agreed performance indicators (KPIs, PIs and measures), support / conduct Process optimization initiatives (Automatization / Digitalization), receive and solve internal and external escalationsCreate Sourcing Synergies between the regions and businesses, implement a robust interface as a Service Provider toward the local Sourcing requirementsKeep the relevant IT systems (UP6 / Ariba) up to dateWho you are
