Sr UI / UX Designer Developer

Experience : 6 - 10 Years

Must have :

• 6–10 years of experience in UI / UX design and development for web or enterprise applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process and high-quality UI execution.
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of UX research methods, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience designing complex, data-intensive dashboards and enterprise products (preferred).
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to enable effective collaboration.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum-based development environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

MUST be from a Life Science background - Pharmaceutical, Consumer Care, MedTech, Hospitals, Clinics, and Health insurance - any of those areas would count as life science experience

Job Description :

The Senior UI / UX Developer will be responsible for shaping end-to-end user experiences —from user research and interaction design to high-fidelity UI execution—ensuring that Involead’s digital products are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with business goals.

This role requires strong UX thinking, hands-on UI design and development skills, and close collaboration with product, frontend, and data teams. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of user behavior, design systems, and usability best practices, particularly in complex, data-driven environments .

Key Responsibilities

User Experience & Interaction Design

Lead UX research activities including user interviews, journey mapping, persona creation, and usability testing

Translate complex business and analytical requirements into clear user flows and interaction models

Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups aligned with product strategy

Ensure clarity, consistency, and usability across all digital touchpoints

UI Design & Design Systems

Create visually compelling UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and enterprise standards

Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides

Ensure responsive and accessible designs across web and devices (WCAG compliance)

Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation

Collaboration & Implementation

Work closely with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, Data Scientists, and Business Stakeholders

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and design reviews

Support development teams during implementation to ensure design intent and UX quality are maintained

Improve design-to-development handoff workflows

Usability, Quality & Continuous Improvement

Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to iteratively improve user experience

Advocate for user-centric design decisions using data and insights

Continuously enhance existing interfaces for usability, performance, and accessibility

Stay current with UI / UX trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications & Experience

6–10 years of experience in UI / UX design and development for web or enterprise applications
