Role summary

We're looking for an energetic and well-organized Global Programs and Engagement (P&E) Manager to join our Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team. In this role, you'll help shape and lead global programs, communications, and initiatives that boost CRE engagement with customers and the Equinix business. As an embedded member of CRE, the role holder will have an integrated and collaborative approach partnering with stakeholders across time zones and functions.

The ideal candidate will have creative flair, a passion for engaging communications and strong stakeholder skills. As the needs of the business evolve, this role will require flexibility, adaptability, and enthusiasm for new opportunities.

Objectives of the Role

  • Inspire and engage Corporate Real Estate & Workplace (CREW) employees to embody the CRE brand and align with its purpose to delight our customers
  • Enable operational excellence by delivering programs that help frontline CREW run simpler, solve smarter, and serve better
  • Foster a sense of community within the CRE organization through innovative, inclusive and fun engagement initiatives that build connection and pride

Key Responsibilities

CRE Programs and Engagement

  • Lead the development and execution of internal and external-facing content to promote global Equinix and CRE initiatives working in close partnership with the Global Events Manager and wider P&E team
  • Manage global digital signage program, including SLA, stakeholder management and weekly rotation
  • Create engaging multimedia content, including : Global digital screen content (meeting rooms and lobby areas)Short-form videosInternal and external social media postsVisual storytelling assets
  • Ensure messaging and brand is aligned, impactful, and consistent across platforms
  • Develop and manage content calendars and campaign strategies to support CRE visibility and thought leadership
  • Coordinate and deliver CRE organizational engagement activities including CRE’s quarterly All Hands, focus groups and comms training
  • Program & Project Management

  • Lead and manage global and local CRE programs and initiatives from planning through execution
  • Enablement & Resource Management

  • Maintain and enhance CRE knowledge resources, including : Intranet pages and SharePoint portals (in partnership with Content Editor)Training materials owned by the Programs & Enablement team
  • Ensure content is current, accessible, and aligned with CRE goals
  • Management of mailing tool and CRE org distribution (email) list
  • Lead engagement and change initiatives for and with frontline CREW to help them drive efficiency, on-site engagement and delight our customers
  • Surveys & Feedback : lead the planning and execution of global and local customer surveys. Manage the development and data cleansing of the distribution lists and survey pool
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years Marketing / Comms experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content across a variety of formats.
  • Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a global or matrixed organization
  • Strong internal communications expertise, with experience in content creation and campaign management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and tools, particularly PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and Viva Engage
  • Experience with creative and comms tools such as Canva or Photoshop; mail tools such as MailChimp or Poppulo
  • Experience with survey tools such as Qualtrics, and data interpretation is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
