YOUR ROLE

This role is a hybrid of an SME in the MS Office / M365 / O365 topic that is closely collaborating with the client and a Team Lead that will be driving a small run operation team.

YOUR PROFILE

at least 7-10 years experience in MS Exchange and MS Exchange Online administration, very good knowledge of these services is a must

comprehensive knowledge about administration and working of the hybrid environment

Administrative knowledge in O365 / M365 technology

good communication and interpersonal skills.

proficiency in reporting

analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude

ITIL experience

Microsoft Windows skills

German language - is a must

good command of English language
