What You Can Expect

The Technical Product Specialist is responsible for providing product, service and imaging support to effected end users.

How You'll Create Impact

• Obtain knowledge in all applications, products, and imaging protocols to be able to assist team members in any escalations to management or key stakeholders.
• Provide technical and product support for global internal and external customers via telephone, text message, and e-mail. Support may include analysis of x-rays, MRI, CT, or product options in connection with an ongoing surgery.
• Gain knowledge of Personalized Solutions supported technologies and help troubleshoot with Technical Product Senior Specialist on imaging solutions.
• Gain knowledge in surgical planning software, ability to navigate case management and related systems.
• Assist in any new or existing team member training that is required to perform job duties.
