We are looking for Scala Developer. Someone that likes team work, who likes to share and gain knowledge about new things e.g. APDUs, cryptography. We have plenty of work to develop new features from our roadmap, to fix existing bugs, to refactor our code, to write unitary, integration and functional tests. Basically, we are looking for ninja that will mainly play the role of a developer but is not afraid to help QA engineers to automate functional tests, DevOps to fix failing build, Functional Analyst to review requirements.
Our product is based on : Scala, Akka / Pekko, ScalaTest, Typelevel, Kubernetes, Docker, MariaDB, Cassandra.
On This Position You Will Be Able To
follow best practices and quality standards of the team and companydevelop new features and cover them with unitary and integration testshelp in functional tests automationfix bugsrefactor of the codedo PoCs of new approachesco-operatesupport other team members (PO, FAs, QAs, DEVs, DevOps, TL) to achieve common goalco-opeartesupport other teams (Server Validation, Integrators, E2E) help to achieve common goal of the teamThis role transforms requirements into software according to design, to maximize business value and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities
Uses programming, scripting and database languages to write software code that meets requirements and that optimizes software performancesIdentifies existing software components, libraries and frameworks to reuse in the solutionsApplies knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, secure coding, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operationsContributes to requirement (functional and non-functional) analysis and estimationsSupports software testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding software enhancementsBuilds up software structure including functions, design patterns, layers, etc.Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing code comments, layouts, diagrams and chartsContributes to Software architecture (specification analysis, technical studies, technology assessment, etc.)Codes large and complex modules within agreed quality, deadline and costPerforms design and code reviews and assess software performance optimizationContributes and promotes the organization's technical governanceProduce quotationsPerforms complex troubleshootingCoaches and can manage a small team of Software Development EngineersOur requirements
