Coordinate cash allocation processIssuing an invoicesReporting and resolving of any ipatibilities in invoicesReconcile broker's remuneration with insurersHandle of orders / transactions according to internalpany standards (procedures, regulations)Perform month closing activitiesVerify of the correctness of financial documentsHandle long term business relationships with our stakeholdersPrepare ad hoc, daily, or monthly reports and forecasts on different purposesImprove the process using the previous experience and gained knowledgeWhat you need to have :
1+ year of work experience in a similar positionGood knowledge of EnglishWorking knowledge of ExcelStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work within tight operational deadlines and prioritiesVery strong ownership and responsibility for the assigned activitiesAbility to work analytically in a problem-solving environmentWhat makes you stand out :
