COMMUNITY MANAGER
What You Will Do
- Monitor and moderate player interactions on game forums, social media, and other community platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to players, answering their questions, addressing concerns, and guiding them to relevant resources.
- Manage and resolve conflicts and disputes within the community, encouraging positive interactions and cooperation.
- Report and document inappropriate content, behavior, and issues to the Community Manager for further action.
- Participate in community discussions, build relationships with players, and help foster a sense of belonging.
- Assist in organizing and executing community events and activities.
- Collect player feedback, suggestions, and concerns and relay this information to the Community Manager.
- Encourage positive behavior, sportsmanship, and a welcoming environment within the community.
To Be Successful You Will Have
Understanding of gaming communities, trends, and player behavior.2+ years of experience in forum or social media moderation (in gaming industry), with the ability to enforce guidelines and address rule violations.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a polite and professional tone.The ability to handle player issues and conflicts diplomatically and effectively.In Return You Can Expect

Degree or higher (master's or higher appreciated) in a language or linguistic field.High degree of fluency in English, both spoken and writtenHigh degree of fluency in at least one other language5 + years' experience in games industry5 + years' experience as a games translator, reviewer, Quality Evaluator, or Global Language Lead3 + year working with multilingual content including non-roman alphabets and non-European languages1+ year using LLM prompts to support daily activitiesFamiliarity or curiosity about Agile Scrum methodologies appreciatedAbout Us
