You will be :

• building and maintaining long‑term client partnerships with a deep understanding of their goals and expectations,
• planning and executing deliveries on time, within budget and to expected quality standards,
• managing both Fixed Price and Time & Material projects,
• adapting your role as Agile / Waterfall Project Manager or Scrum Master, depending on project needs,
• tracking progress against agreed timelines, proactively managing risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed,
• controlling project scope and budget, handling change requests per contractual agreements,
• building and leading successful project teams, including blended provider‑client teams,
• ensuring effectiveness and transparency of work, including clear communication among team members and clients,
• upholding high standards of ethics, integrity, and quality of management,
• working from the office or remotely (however, we’d love if you visit us at least once a month ).
