About the Position

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead initiatives within our Analytics department. This is not a typical coordination role — it's a strategic position that requires a deep understanding of data, cross-functional processes. A core part of role will be managing project roadmaps, defining clear milestones, and ensuring all stakeholders — from data teams to business leaders — are aligned on priorities and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end projects in the data platform / iGaming domain
• Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, demos, retrospectives)
• Identify, document, and prioritize business requirements
• Support the team in achieving sprint goals : monitor velocity, capacity, and Definition of Done
• Handle risks, dependencies, and scope changes
• Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, align on expectations and priorities
• Maintain project boards in Jira, keep documentation updated in Confluence
• Participate in project planning, manage timelines and budgets
• Continuously monitor progress and delivery health
