Tasks

Test Engineer ( Automotive)

Location : Częstochowa, Poland ( Onsite)

12months+ Contract

Competencies required
Designing and development of test equipment and tooling to a given specification
Programming in any of high level programming languages to ensure of automatic test equipment : ICT, FLASH, Hot Board Test, Burn in test, FFT
Very good knowledge of automotive communication interfaces : CAN, CAN / FD, LIN, Flexray, ETH
Knowledge of SW : CANoe, TestStand, Canalyzer, ECU Analyzer, FlashTaskPro
Usage of electronic measurement devices (DMM, Oscilloscope) and programming devices : Promik, Algocraft, Vector, NI-PXI, AVT, ValueCAN, Radmoon, PCAN Ruter
Very good understanding and interpretation of electronic circuits and wiring diagrams for analog and digital circuits
Ability to make the case study with finding the root cause between tester and product
looking the SW (product, tester), HW (product, tester, harness, fixture) and documentation layers

Requirements

Problem solving and fault find to unique SW function or single component level

Automatization of test processes : lines, single stations including SMEMA and iTAC layers

Preparation of specifications for processes and work instructions

Cooperation with engineering centers to check and improve product testability (TCM)

Built, wire and test electromechanical sub-assemblies and then install to machines

Review test equipment performance and providing process improvements, ensuring that all test equipment meets with quality and safety standards
