Zakres obowiązków :
- weryfikacja tożsamości, wieku, wykrywanie i zgłaszanie przypadków fałszerstwa dokumentów i oszustw niemieckojęzycznych klientów banku poprzez video czat
- zapewnienie zgodności ze wszystkimi zasadami prawnymi i firmowymi dotyczącymi weryfikacji tożsamości
- zarządzanie dokumentacją
- współpraca i raportowanie do team managera
