For a project for a Swiss company in the financial sector, we are looking for a GitLab Administrator to support the migration of developer services to a centralized instance. The person in this position will be responsible for managing the GitLab infrastructure, planning and executing repository, user and configuration migrations. Additionally, he / she will support development teams in optimizing and maintaining CI / CD processes, ensuring their efficiency and security.

Your tasks

• Managing and maintaining GitLab instances, including installation, configuration, upgrades and troubleshooting
• Planning, implementing and verifying the migration of repositories, CI / CD pipelines, user accounts and configurations to a centralized instance
• Designing, implementing and optimizing CI / CD pipelines to automate build, test and deployment processes
• Administer user accounts, permissions and access controls to ensure security and compliance
• Monitoring GitLab performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements
• Integrating GitLab with other tools (e.g., Jira, Jenkins, Docker) to increase automation and productivity
• Providing technical support and advice to development teams on how to use GitLab
