Requirements

• Min. 3 years of experience in the coordination and execution of localisation / content production projects
• Min. 1.5 years of team management experience
• Experience in working with German‑speaking clients at least 2 years
• Pro‑client attitude and professionalism, high personal culture and communication skills
• Ability to navigate in complex projects and processes, together with extensive reporting
• Advanced level of English and German – at least C1
• Independence and a proactive approach
• Positive attitude and problem‑solving mindset
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Being a team player with a sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned
• Knowledge of Excel (intermediate level)
• Assertiveness and courage in presenting your ideas
• Strong organizational skills
• Resilience to stressful situations
• Experience in working for pharma / medical industry will be a big plus
