Ciklum is looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our team full‑time in Poland. We are a custom product engineering company that supports multinational organizations and scaling startups.

About the role

As a Senior Python Developer, you will be part of a cross‑functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of applied AI within our company. You will be a core member of the team responsible for building our internal chatbot, Jetty, and expanding its functionality.

A key focus will be on solving real‑world business problems, such as automating AI contract reviews for our Legal team.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, design, and implement complex solutions using Generative AI technologies to solve tangible business problems
• Write clean, secure, scalable, and well‑documented Python code, adhering to best practices
• Lead development of our internal AI chatbot, Jetty, enhancing its capabilities and user experience
• Research, prototype, and implement solutions using emerging AI tools and frameworks
• Develop and deploy agentic AI solutions to automate and improve business processes
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from planning to maintenance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate needs into technical requirements
• Perform comprehensive code reviews to ensure high code quality and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Help uphold and enhance the team’s engineering and quality standards
