We're on the lookout for an energetic and people-driven HR Business Partner to join a growing international logistics company based in Katowice . In this role, you’ll connect with leaders across Europe, help shape the workplace culture, and bring smart, people-first ideas to life in a team that values collaboration and innovation.

How you'll make an impact :

  • Partner closely with business leaders across the region to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Design and implement organizational structures that support local and global demands.
  • Drive employee experience initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders

Champion company culture and ensure alignment with values across all HR touchpoints.

  • Lead talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability programs.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Support and coach managers on employee relations and performance topics.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global standards.
  • Manage HR projects and continuous improvement efforts across locations
  • Does this sound like you?

  • 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in multinational environments.
  • Track record as an HRBP in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience overseeing teams or operations across multiple countries.
  • Strong background in organizational design, talent management, and HR project leadership.
  • Comfortable navigating permanent employment and contractor / outsourcing models.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, change enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with excellent communication and advisory skills.
