Your responsibilities

  • Monthly Preparation of Global Instructions : Develop comprehensive global instructions for local client payroll departments to ensure consistency and accuracy across all regions.
  • Information Flow Coordination : Manage and coordinate the flow of information between clients and relevant departments within Global Mobility Services to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Deadline and Data Accuracy Management : Ensure all data provided to clients is accurate and delivered within established deadlines, maintaining high standards of service quality.
  • Client and Vendor Liaison : Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions and support, as well as manage relationships with third-party vendors to facilitate smooth service delivery.
  • Service Delivery Using Advanced Tools : Deliver all services using our flexible and scalable tools, adhering to the standards set by service level agreements to meet client expectations.
  • Tool Development and Testing : Participate in the testing and ongoing development of our tools to maintain their market-leading status and ensure they meet evolving client needs.
  • Marketing and Client Acquisition Support : Assist with both internal and external global marketing projects aimed at enhancing brand visibility and acquiring new clients.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree : A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Fluent English : Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Basic Polish
  • Independent and Collaborative Work : Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of Tax and Payroll Legislation : Familiarity with income tax and payroll legislation in the United States, United Kingdom, and Switzerland is a plus.
