  • 12+ years of total experience
  • 10+ years of Pega relevant experience
  • Experience in Architecture and Design of complex Pega applications experience as LSA
  • Experience in Other technologies J2EE XML Oracle Micro services Unix WebSphere Integrations SOAP RESTful XML JSON etc
  • Drives design an development for major components of focused solutions
  • Should be familiar with various Pega Journeys
  • Ensures delivered work meets technical functional performance and business Customer requirements as well as best practices defined
  • Leads and participates in project teams
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to lead a development process
  • Proficient in a variety of business processes environments such as banking
  • Understands largescale system implementation processes and methods
  • Create the class structure process flows in Pega provide alternate solutions
  • Ability to resolve performance issues
  • Code reviews design reviews maintain technical debt
  • Ability to connect with Pega systems on any product related issues
  • Excellent communication & inter-personal skills
  • Good knowledge of Agile processes
  • Good to have JAVA and SQL queries to enable integrations
