What You Will Do :

• Developing Software and Infrastructure Solutions : Create software tools to automate processes and enhance efficiency, reliability for DevOps, ITOps, and support teams while also constructing and managing cloud-based infrastructure on the AWS platform
• Documenting best practices and lessons learned
• Conducting post-incident reviews and implementing remediation actions
• Designing, building, and maintaining reliable software systems
• Driving the adoption of DevOps best practices within the organization
• Leading root cause analysis of system failures and implementing strategies to prevent future incidents
• Advising various stakeholders within the organization on cloud technologies and best practices, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Proactively identifying areas for enhancement within our infrastructure and devising solutions to implement improvements
