About The Role : Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. We’re looking for a Risk Manager to sit within the first line of defence and own business risk management processes across our crypto entities.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Overseeing the consistency and effectiveness of the entire first line of defence for crypto entities
• Working closely with key first-line functions, coordinating with Business Risk Managers in each of them
• Collaborating with stakeholders to refine and improve how risks are assessed and managed
• Delivering effective crypto risk management frameworks and minimising risk issues / incidents
• Helping to define and execute the growth required in this space, aligning with business needs and regulator expectations
• Creating and enforcing guidelines and risk frameworks for our first line of defence
• Identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing operational risks
• Designing, implementing, and testing controls
• Creating and reviewing key risk indicators
• Registering risk events
• Managing and delivering risk incident reports
