Job descriptionDeliver high-quality customer service in German (C2) , with English (C1) for internal communication Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy Support patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with clear and accurate guidance Assist with product usage and basic troubleshooting while following quality and compliance standards Collaborate closely with your Team Leader to ensure service excellence Monday to Sunday – 24 / 7 rotating shifts Occasional night shifts (22 : 00–07 : 00) Base Salary : €1,100 gross / month (paid 14 months) Attendance Bonus : €400 gross / month (paid 11 months) Meal Allowance : €7.63 net per working day Relocation support for a smooth move to sunny Porto Fluent German (C2) and advanced English (C1) EU citizenship or valid work permit Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills Comfort working in rotating shifts within a multicultural environment Customer service or healthcare experience is a plus — full training provided
Porto, Portugal | On-site | Full-time | €1,100 + €400 Bonus (14 months)
